• WORKING TIME

if there is no reply within 48hrs to the initial dm sent from me to begin the commission process, your slot will be dropped, and i will move onto the next slot on my waitlist. it is your responsibility to correctly input your social media/discord handle for me to contact you.turnaround time does not account for client response times. turnaround time once the commission has been paid for can be from 1 day to 2 weeks, depending on the commission type and the amount of commissions in my queue. i will inform you if extra time is needed. i will accept rush work for an additional 100% of the commissions base price.

• PAYMENT + REFUNDS

sketching does not begin until payment has been sent in full. all prices are listed in USD. payment accepted via paypal or cashapp.refunds are only available if i have not started your piece. refunds are after paypal fees.

• EDIT POLICY

pose edits are only available during the sketch phase. i will do up to 3 small alterations for free.(changing colors, adding accessories, ect.) any edits after the limit or particularly complex edits may incur a small fee. (10$-25$)

• COPYRIGHT USAGE

as the artist, i hold every right to the produced image, not the commissioner. as such, i am allowed to use the final image to:♡ promote my services♡ display anywhere♡ post wherever i pleasethe commissioner is allowed to use the final image for:✮ strictly personal use, unless artist is satisfactorily compensated✮ self promotion with creditthe commissioner claims the right of their character(s), but not the art. if the client breaks copyright infringement, every right they had to any artwork from me will be retracted and they will be blacklisted from owning my designs and commissioning me in the future.the following is considered copyright infringement:✮ reproducing or using the image commercially without monetary compensation✮feeding the image into AI against my, the artist's, will.✮ taking credit for the work✮ removing watermarks/altering/editing the work without consent from me, the artist
